Bonus #1 ... Innovation Commercialization Roadmap for Innovators and Entrepreneurs
When I was Entrepreneur-in-Residence in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, I drew a "roadmap" of the innovation commercialization process on the whiteboard in my office. I tried to include all the key elements that innovators and entrepreneurs need to address to start, sustain, and scale a new venture. When the roadmap outgrew the whiteboard, I used a really neat drawing app (Squid) to create an electronic version now in the graphic below.
Hope you find it useful ...

238,900] The moon is a loyal companion. It never leaves. It’s always there, watching, steadfast, knowing us in our light and dark moments, changing forever just as we do. Every day it’s a different version of itself. Sometimes weak and wan, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be human. Uncertain. Alone. Cratered by imperfections.
